The Kiwanis Club of Trenton, organized on May 15, 1918 was honored with a special visit from Gunter Gasser, president of Kiwanis International and his wife Christiana at the club’s March 19, 2014 luncheon meeting.

Gunter Gasser was elected President of Kiwanis International in June 2013 at the 98th Annual Kiwanis International Convention in Vancouver, British Columbia. Gunter is a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of Spittal an der Drau, Austria.

At the meeting, President Gunter inducted two new local Kiwanians, Jackie Patterson, to the Kiwanis Club of Hamilton Township, and Jacque Howard to the Kiwanis Club of Trenton.
