At our November 19 meeting we were grateful to host The Times of Trenton publisher Sheila Gallagher-Montone, and her colleague Laurie Pellichero, Promotions Manager and Times-Kiwanis Camp Fund Coordinator, as we distributed the 59th Annual Times-Kiwanis Camp Fund scholarships to local camp programs. It was an honor to have two of the Camp Fund’s primary sponsors join us as we heard about the various educational and recreational opportunities each of the programs offer. Thank you Patricia Hartpence of NJ Manufacturers and Maggie Kramer of the Trenton College Club for your ongoing support of the Times-Kiwanis Camp Fund! Camp Fund Scholarships were distributed to The CYO of Mercer County, Rise Community Services, Every Child Valued, YMCA of Trenton, Home Front, and Boys Scouts of America, Bucks County Council. At a future meeting, scholarships will be distributed to the Girl Scouts of America and Family Guidance Center’s Children’s Day School. Congratulations to the recipients, we are a stronger community because of you!
